ProxyChanger
If you are tired of going through several windows to toggle 'Use a proxy server for LAN' check-box, here is an application for you. It does the same thing with a click of a mouse. Version 2.0 works even if your connection is configured to use an automatic configuration script. Use ProxyChanger to change proxy setting before opening the Internet Explorer.
