psx

psx is a framework for developing dynamic websites in php. It is completly object-oriented programmed and modular designed. psx seperate strictly code from design. It has an innovative library and the template-engine is based on pure PHP that means speed and flexibility. By the way psx is of course open source and available under the GPLv3 license.
