We love this software. Very easy to use, especially for those of us that know what system requirements mean for an on-premise install, instead of shameless promoting the other guys that only do SaaS. I trust my info with an on-premise install from a 16 year old US based company far more than a 2-3 year old non-US based SaaS only any day!
This product is true junk. Worst possible html programming, no logic in features, features itself made draft You will waste your time trying to use it. Use some free platform instead, like freshdesk
