  Excellent Auction Software

  The Rainwork software is everything we want to rub our Auction Site, it was easy to set up and the control panel helped us adapt it to our needs, the best thing to say thought is the customer support, it is of excellent standard and we couldn't ask for more. Even if it is answering some of our daft (we are non IT) questions, I am very impressed and have been using the software for 3 years now and would do so again.

  Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

  I have nothing bad to say about this software. It does so much it is crazy. At no point did i find it hard to use, and the help provided by Steve and the Developers at Rainworx has been invaluable. My company has been editting the software to fit our needs, and even with our editting of the code, they still pitch in ideas when we have hit a development snag. Steve himself has come onto our system a number of times to offer his own personal advice. Again, this is even though we have done some large edits to their software. Best service ever!

  I cannot say enough good things about this company and especially Steve (as well as Briana). I have done business with them for several years, and they are ALWAYS responsive to my requests. Even the ones that are anal. I started out by using "offshore" programs--thought I was doing myself a favor. Took a few thousand reasons to finally figure it out--and I am very happy I found them in the USA! They are vey fair pricing wise--and Steve goes overboard to be helpful--especially since my computer knowledge is very limited. He has NEVER let me down-- I would and do recommend them with the highest commendations--they are the best! Ralph--Head Gator

  We're delighted with the performance of Rainworx's AuctionPro 6.0 software since the recent launch of our auction website. Both the front and back end appear to be working well with no real problems at all and we have been very impressed with the customer service that we have received. It's our opinion that the software is excellent value for money, particulary when you consider the exemplary level of after sales service and technical back-up which comes with it, of which you'd be unlikely to get from other vendors of a similar script package at this level.   The program is very stable and has good features; it can also be customized even if you know basic asp/html. The support is great from Steve, usually receiving an email within the day, or next day max. I tested other auction programs; some were not as stable; each and every time I have accessed my site the program works efficiently. One note, not all webhosts will support asp applications so best to inquire first. Overall this is a very good program with a very good support team.
