  Great software, awful support

  The software is VERY good, and very customisable. Unfortunately, that's where it ends. Their support either don't have enough people, or are simply lazy or incompetent. But either way, it takes several days for them to respond to the simplest of requests. Personally, I'd rather they simply charged more for the software but used the money to improve their customer service experience. Right now, it's not remotely acceptable. If that changes, I'll do another review (if the site lets me). But as it stands, if you buy this then be prepared to wait days, if not weeks, after the original install date before the installation is completed. And then be prepared to wait as long for answers to what should be routine questions for their support team. Like I said at the start, great software, appalling customer service.

  Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Our support is available Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm, GMT+6 time zone. We're usually answering to all support issues within one business day. So most likely you've sent your request on weekends, when the support is not available, and it took a few days to answer. If you'd like to dispute the particular support issue you can send an email to claims@smartjobboard.com with information about your support request (when it was sent, and when you've got the answer).

  This is the best job script available by far, the support is outstanding and very quick! All my customization request where made quickly and always very reasonable priced! Thank you very much Smartjobboard crew for giving the best support I ever had with any script! (over 40 different scripts customized for clients so I know what I’m talking about) Will do business again immediately! Regards, Matt

  This is by far the best job script available, the support is outstanding and very quick! All my customization request where made quickly and always very reasonable priced!   Script not working and no support

  We have spent weeks on trying to get this to work and still our site is down with a big fat "FATAL ERROR" message. We have tried numerous installations on external hosts and local installations. We have never spent more than 15 minutes working with the smartjobboard script without ending up with a error message! The support never responds to you within 36 hours and most of the time there are many days with no response. 15-25 % of the time you get no response at all from the support which seems to be operated by one single person with either very slim or no programming experience at all. We cannot recommend anybody to waste their time and money on this script!

First of all SmartJobBoard license includes free professional installation service. If you have troubles with installing the software you can always request support to make an installation for you. If you're real SmartJobBoard customer and have problems with answering your requests please report your claim at claims@smartjobboard.com, stating your name and domain name for which you purchased the license.

  I like Smartjobboard! This is the best software available on the market today I think. The support team installed it in few hours for me and I had no issues with this. The system is fast and fully customizable. Most of the needed features are already in the software and you just need to set them up. Their user manual helped me a lot with this. Some of the features were customized for me by Smartjobboard developers and I should say that this was not expensive and it was delivered in time (several features within one week). Sales and support department people are responsible and nice. I had no problems with them. Thinking of getting a couple of plugins and additional license from them and waiting for their new version releases which are really new each time and pretty regular as well. Recommend it to everybody who wants a stable script with honest support for a reasonable price.
