    By using Soft Contacts, our hosting company has been able to streamline operations and dedicate more time to actually talking with prospects. The software is very intuitive and our sales staff really appreciate the action history for every contact. The searches and reports are very detailed and help us find customers quickly. Very Nice Software!

    Soft Contacts has enabled us to organize our sales staff and maximize our speed when responding to customers. With the contact action history we are able to track every step taken with a prospect, and the reminders help to ensure that we stay in touch with customers frequently. We are happy with the software and the customer service.
