    We use SPBAS 1.6 to deliver our product and are very happy with it so far. The system has been updated a lot in the past couple of months and Andy + Alasdair from SPBAS provide excellent customer support! Our product requires a licensing mechanism and SPBAS does a very nice job especially in this area. For us SPBAS is a big time saver!

    These guys are selling a post-beta, "final" release with no user manual, missing features and unfriendly support. They provide ambiguous help and then expect you to figure out the missing info on our own. They seem to have a low regard for their customers and will reprimand you if you post content to their user forum that is in one of their helpdesk tickets-- rather than just providing the help! The application has potential, but dealiing with the company's developers and support has been very uncomfortable and time consuming. I hope someone else with a clue as to how good customer relationship management builds a competitive product.
