  The product is great, but the support is excellent! We have been using Squirrelcart for over 3 years for our online store. Our business is driven by SKU and Part # because many items have such similar names. The Squirrelcart tech team had done much custom work for us. Tech support for any problems has been extremely responsive to our needs. Squirrelcart has earned a place among our Trusted Vendors. How great is the product? It has a solid functional program base. What isn't so great? Nothing, because when we find something, we have it changed. Great support makes a great product!

  This economic downturn has affected millions of Americans. As a professional in the architecture industry, I was forced to look into other ways of generating income. I found a niche by way of selling high quality Revit families (3D models) on the internet. Before I launched my products, I had to build a website first. I didn't have any experience in creating one but a cousin of mine helped me. I found out from her about this company called Squirrel Cart. Looking at their website, I noticed they just about have everything you would ever need to build a commercial website. Convinced, I purchased their cart program along with a few modules. In a short amount of time, my website got built. One year later, I am so thankful I chose Squirrel Cart. Their cart software is heavy-duty that can handle small to large high-end internet commercial sites. You would just have to look at the companies using their products. If their excellent product is not enough, you would not ask for a better customer support. This company has one of the best customer support I've ever encountered. When you submit a ticket, it is answered promtly. When you encounter a problem, they offer excellent solutions. There is not a problem that they cannot solve. The person handling the helm of Squirrel Cart's support is Jamie Whitney. He is a web expert who will treat you professionally when you experience any website problem. Though they have thousands of customers, a lot of times, I've always felt his focus is only on my web needs. He obviously treats every customer in a personal way. Jamie knows Squirrel Cart's entire line of products and he knows HTML by heart. There is no fear that he won't be able to interpret what you have in mind. In fact, I can now totally focus on my design because I know it will be doable through Jamie's expertise. For any web tweaks and custom design features, their price is very, very reasonable. For entrepeneurs wishing to establish a website and get into e-commerce, Squirrel Cart is the way to go. They have excellent products and a secret weapon in their support service _ Jamie Whitney.

  I have been using and reselling Squirrelcart as a customized service of ours for years and have many Squirrelcarts on line. This product rocks and so do the folks behind the scenes. Excellent support, always available, always quick response and constant improvements and updates. I usually never write reviews but I will for this product. It is exceptional in quality, service and price.

  Was looking for a simple yet robust shopping cart solution for awhile. Then I was referred to Squirrelcart. Not only did the sales department respond quickly and answer all my questions their customer service responded even better while incorporating the shopping cart into my already developed site.
