I bought this a few days ago.The license key the company provided does not work and as everyone else said they are impossible to contact. started a paypal dispute...we will see what happens. anyone recommend any other software?

but no support what so ever, none of their support forms work, nothing works. dont try it, not worth it.

I made a review earlier regarding this script that may not have read too well. However, now that I have liaised with the company who wrote this script it works perfectly and without flaw. It is the easiest and best script for web based invoicing and I would whole heartedly recommend it to you if you are reading this review. make sure you have all the required modules inc GD library and it will perfectly/ Well done to the developers and thank you for this script!

The software appears on the face of it to work great. I think as a result of missing modules in hosting it will not function properly. There is no way to contact the vendor as all their contact methods are defective and throw errors. Some problems: 1. Config values appear as code in the admin 2. Paypal displays USD instead of my GBP 3.The email invoice does not format properly A perfect script for my needs but is seriously flawed both in script and support. i hope the developer sort it out!

I dont need excuses. If i buy a script i expect support. There support is practically nonexistent. I do not recommend them. I have been emailing support and have gone weeks without a response. Not worth the risk. I have found a better solution on hotscripts.
