Support Desk Script

This php script uses a database to store Support Tickets. This script is used as an addition to any website wanting to offer professional support. Visitors needing support from your website will fill out a short form. This form will be numbered and stored in a database and the administration (you) can reply to the ticket. Visitor will receive a ticket number and confirmation emails are automatically sent. Visitors can then use their ticket number to view, check or update their ticket. Simple administration area allows admin (you) to reply/edit/delete new tickets, close tickets, archive tickets, and more. This script has been recoded to work on all versions of php/mysql.
