• NO support, script has too many problems.( stay away waste of money)

  I purchased this clone and as soon as I got it i had problems, problems can be dealt with and i can handle it, nothing comes without a few bugs, and that is where support comes in and in this case there was none, unless if you want to call responding in 4 or 5 days support, and then when you start to discuss the problems your lableed difficult and get the we do not want to do business with you any more go away( well thats fine except i paid for a script with support ) the 1st problem was no paypal, they eventualy fixed that problem although it took almost 2 weeks with my threats of a charge back ect. and them threatneing me over and over. they finaly fixed the paypal with a polite ( not really) take a hike now and don't bother us. end result a script without support is useless, I returned it and got a refund from my cc company and they are jumping up and down,callling me names like scammer,liar,hacker, con artist by the way i also purchased the newer version from their so called partner( they claim to be a reseller for them ) but on live support the same people seem to be on live chat for both companies. also the newer version ugrade if you can call it that was even worse. it did not work at all and support was even more horrific. always blaming script problems on everyone else but their script. I have now purchased another script that works great, support is 100% 24 /7 andI am happy to report that I need not have to deal with these people ever again except they have now gone to the rant forums to discredit me as a scammer, liar, con artist ect. why because i wanted what I paid for, why would I sabatoge my own scripts and and pay to advertise it. lets see what nastys they have to say about this review. it's just sad that theses scripts seem to be fine when they are 1st installed, the problems arise when you load any significan amount of products and set them to auction and then the traffic flow starts and everything falls aprt, server goes into panic mode, script fall aprat, timers shut down and on and on, their answere the server is the problem, or someone hacked into the system and sabatoged the script except they claim it was us doing it to ourselves, after paying large amounts of money to get r\traffice, and SEO why would we then try to riun our own site, to get a refund/ge we would still be out theadvertising money so in fact the script doesnt work, the question i would pose is this, who benifets if these clones don not work when they are loaded with product and start to get popular, swoopo and telebit the competition because if the clone don't work then the customers have to go the the original sites seems a lillt suspect to me.
