The PHP Real Estate Script

I purchased this script a couple of days before. "Full scaleable"; "No programmer needed"; "Ability to modify all Fields" ! BUT the script consist of some FIXED db-fields which are in English. So everybody who does not want an English interface has to "Code" because a simple translation is not all what there is to do. All my Questions to the author´s address how to translate the fixed db-fields into my language where unsuccessfully: NO ANSWER !

This is an excellent script. I have taken this and setup www.buyrentorstay.com. I was able to easily setup the system (took about 2-3 weeks to get it perfect). I added many categories & sub-categories, with many price plans and got my first sale recently which puts me straight into profit ! Its worth looking at as a script - the search is slightly weak but I think that can be solved easily. The system is best suited for US / Canada but I'm running it for Ireland & Europe with little difficulty.

Recently purchased this script and very pleased with it. Easy to install, easy to modify with great features like the field editor and unlimited categories. I did encounter a couple of minor bugs but a an email to the support dept fixed these within 24hrs. Overall a good script with lots of features for the price.
