  • Huge vulnerability without solutions

    I've been trying to email the owner for over a month now. There is a huge Remote File Include Vulnerability that the owner has not fixed. Therefore, if you buy the program it will not work and your site will be shut-down by your hosting company. Until this item is fixed I would stay away from this cart system.   • Nicely Design, Worst Customer Service Ever!

    I bought this cart with it's nice feature set and design. Little did I know about the poor customer service. The cart does not work with PayPal and support is virtually none. Just go to valdersoft.com and see if you can checkout via PayPal. This is a one man team and if he goes under so goes the cart and your money. Don't be fooled by the good design, it's not worth implementing the system. Joel Meyer.

    Dear Joel Meyer, we profivide Support service for our current clients only, we checked your name at our sales database and don't found it, this is mean that has used Unlicensed, Illegal or Stolen Valdersoft Shopping Cart software and this is Defiance of The Law about copyrights! This is why we don't provided you any Support service, if using Stolen copy or downloaded from Hackers web sites you can find many bags and illegal changes that actually have no in licenced copy. Thank You.

    Valdersoft have done a wonderful job producing our shopping cart for the travel market. I have found the shopping cart easy to use and very flexible for our business. The shopping cart has operated faultlessly since we purchased it. In particular, I have been impressed with Valdersoft's after-sales support and expertise. Due to the nature of our travel business, we have needed to make some significant changes to the standard product - all our requests have been handled promptly, professionally and with ease. I highly recommend the Valdersoft Shopping cart to anyone who is seeking an easy to use shopping cart that is flexible by design, professional looking, and best of all is supported by great customer support.
