WebDev Suite SC

WebDev Suite SC is a browser-based, powerful web development environment written entirely in JavaScript and DHTML. While it can serve as a good replacement for NotePad, it also offers many powerful features for Web page authors and programmers. Some of them are: syntax highlighting for HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It uses dynamic preview templates and your default Internet browser for previewing web pages.
