    Spent two frustrating weeks in trying to implement this appplication. Never did get acceptable functionality, I gave up. Support is slow in response times (up to 48 hours). Found it not to very user friendly. User documentation is limited. It DOES appear to have the makings of a very good and functional program if support and documentation can be improved. Just cant recommend it at this point in time.

    When I started looking for a script to automate my web hosting I saw many and all different price points. This script was one of the highest priced. So I kept on looking for a more affordable script. And for some reason I always came back to this AutoPilot. I did more research on what it offered, and I spoke with the developer and spent a little bit of time in ther support forum before I ordered it. And I have not regretted spending the money, not once. You will not find a better support staff than at WHMAutoPilot. The product is great, easy to use, and quick to integrate into your site. Within a half hour you could be up and running using AutoPilot. If you need support they are quick to answer to jump in and help you solve a problem. This is one case where you get what you pay for, you get quality, service and a solid product.

    When I first started looking for a script to help manage my webhost company's needs, I never imagined I would come across one with so many features, excellent support, speed, reliability, affordable, and so forth. That's until I ran across Autopilot! If you are looking for a simple, yet powerful and full featured script to help you manage your webhost company; this is the one I would recommend. You won't regret paying the low price when you enjoy reliable - HONEST - support, and everything you need to manage your services. I just wish I found them sooner!
