Wikepage is a wiki-standart, easy to use and small wiki - blog hybrid software with multilanguage site support, css support, i18n support, simple banner system, rss output support, theme support, upload support...etc...which does NOT require a MySQL database. It's a only 32K file. Wikepage is a wiki - blog engine which can be used with password or without. So wikepage can be used to develop both personal sites(password protected mode) and wiki-community sites.

    Wikepage is a some kind of wiki style personal homepage maker. It only requires PHP. It has a i18n support, but only for English and Turkish now :( If you can translate to your language it can work with two languages, as two sites! So you can build multilanguage sites with this little script. I used tipiwiki once, and as i can see wikepage has extra features like table and colored font. Ups! nearly i forget, if you want you can use wikepage as wiki site of course.. But no user and history support :( Wikepage is not perfect of course, but for a 30K homepage builder, it deserves 5.
