  • Installation only on root servers?

    I tried to install it my shared hosting provider, where I do not have root access. It was not posible to install it there, cause the install script tries to write to the webroot, which fails, although the web based install wizard offers to specify the webroot, this was ignored. Also the smarty template engine is required by this application. This took also several time to install. It took me several HOURS and at the end I gave up :(((
