Purchased the program after giving server info as they were to install program. Was redirected to their sales page after payment through PayPal but received a "problem" message even through payment was complete. Two emails and three days later, still no word from them as to when the program might be installed or any "we're sorry" response for the problem with their redirect. Not a happy camper.
