Don't buy any script from this company!

Reviewed by dabrain on Mar 15th, 2012First let me say that I spent $300 for the purchase of Swoopo Gold latest version, it took like 3Days to recieve a download link as its not instant! I only recieved this link after I disputed the problem to moneybookers to get a refund. Second these guy I believe some how bought a script and reversed engineered it to look like quibids and swoopo. Its poorly written not ready to go out the box, a lot of extra files that doesn't work, outdated code, encrypted code and every-time I contact him he asks for my username, password and ftp information which it will be a cold day in hell before I gets any of my info. He just can't answer simple questions about how to modify the script. YOU WILL END UP SPENDING THOUSANDS IF YOU WANT A WORKING SCRIPT!!!! sorry for yelling
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Reviewed by on Jul 26th, 2011I purchased the "iTechBids 9.07.3 Gold " and paid for a customization of the script. BE AWARE: more than 50% of the script is encrypted. In addition, I paid for the customization and they never sent the script nor did they returned my money for the "iTechBids 9.07.3 Gold " or the customization of the script. They never answered my calls or emails. IT IS A FRAUGHT! Just in case the author says that it is not true I would be happy to provide the code.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Reviewed by on Dec 18th, 2010I had itechscripts install their software to start a website company. Prior to buying the bid software portion, I had to iron out the website problems. As I was considering this company their response to all questions were on time with good customer service. After my purchase all communications declined. It took 2+ days to respond to one question. I tried many times to contact someone on the U.S. phone number to no avail. It just rings, a few times I let it ring for over 20 minutes with not even a voice message or voicemail in response. Soon the email (skype) communications became even more scarce with the final conversation as follows: 12/17/2010 Last conversation via Skype with itechscripts customer service. [12:04:54 PM] Rajiv Goswami: Sir, it's in HTML. We assume that anyone trying to edit the files should have knowledge in HTML coding. I think it's wise to hire a HTML designer. or, you need to learn HTML. it's desiging and has nothing to do with coding. [12:09:36 PM] S Schneller: i thought since you claim to provide '24-7 support' I believed that it included helping with these basic questions. I am not requesting anything extraordinary. Is that you have taken my money and I am on my own? What is the deal? [12:11:39 PM] S Schneller: I do have knowledge of HTML. I have built a few website. If one needs to know HTML coding you need to state this on your website prior to getting people to purchase and leaving the surprises later. [12:12:46 PM] Rajiv Goswami: Sorry, i can't get you. We purchase your script bidrivals for one client and your script no works nothing you´re scam , you sell ; you sa id hahah clon of facebook and simple it´s social engine , we send report to social engine avbout your scam website for this , you sell , you say , let me hahahahah of you because you say clone of craighlist you only are scam and nothing else and my client now go for you , and nothing else , scam and nothing else

I needed a nice & comprehensive auction script for one of my clients and itechbids v6 was just what I wanted! It has a hell lot of features and that too at so low price. I cannot thank david enough for the wonderful support that he and his team provided. I recommend this script to everyone.

Itechbids is the only site to offer downloads before purchase. Nice script, but the frontend should be made better. Dealing in itechbids in UK have no complains so far.

What to say about a script that offers you unlimited free trial even before you think of buying it! Only the best can do that. Downloading the software never seemed so easy. I checked out all its features a number of times before taking the plunge and just when you think it can’t get any better they launch an even better version. I must say that this is a very professional script with excellent customer support! The package is completely user friendly and you don't need to be a guru to use it.

Being a professional web developer, I wanted the best possible auction script for my own site. After reviewing all the available options, I decided to try ITechBids. Initially I was a little skeptical because of its low price but they provided free trial & installations!!! And I was completely bowled over. On top of this the support system is simply superb. Hats off, will surely try other products from this company.

This company installed the script for me. It did not work. Would not let users create an auction. I think it was a rush to get V5 out. I asked for a refund because it didn't work. I never got a response or a refund. The demo had problems that I pointed out that they fixed on their site, but didnt fix in the script. Be careful with them or they will treat you the same way. Stay away. Cheapest doesn't mean that it will actually work!

He installed the script well before purchase, also availed free installation. Why has someone to buy a product that doesn't work!
