When I bought the software I did not espect so much which I came to find out a lot of pleasant surprises there after. Its a great product that can easily be customized. I noticed that some big ticketing companies are using this system, that was the reason I looked into it - inside information.......passing it on......

Great system; user friendly with a very well defined interface: easy to set up and by all means definitely worth the investment. Excellent!
