SubmitStuf allows users to submit a site for your links page using a form. It will then HTML-code the submission and email it to you, so that you can cut it out of your email, and paste it into your links page. This saves time in coding and writing new descriptions of sites -- the person whose site it is will be able to enter their own description. The reason for having it emailed to you is so that you can quickly review sites before posting them. This way, you can avoid posting sites where the description is something like "A really, really cool site."
