SUGGEST User / Visitor Feedback TO A FRIEND...
If you have a friend that you would like to recommend this page to,
or if you just want to send yourself a reminder, here is the easy
way to do it!
Simply fill in the e-mail address of the person(s) you wish to tell
about User / Visitor Feedback, your name and e-mail address (so they do

Feedback is a free script that allows a webmaster to collect feedback from the visitors. Visitors can rate a webpage and leave comments fast.
The script presents a UI that is not convoluted and takes only a little bit of screen real-estate.
NEW: Added support for Realms. It allows you to use different configuration on different set's of webpages and also organizes the statistics of the sets separately.
