This is only tool I find in the internet that I can browse remote files with dialog box. It is easy to use and config. IE fully supports it. Firefox can also work with it, although the word "Loading" cannot be shown. Mozilla fails to work.
There is a minor bug: in pcsexplorer.js.php line 32, PATH_INFO is not always available. Use $_SERVER["PHP_SELF"] instead.
