I tried to set up a website with a useful navigation that requires no special coding knowledge and I tried phpNav. It was so simple to install and now it is up and running like a charm at latex.yauh.de (pulldown menu). It is free, works and requires almost no knowledge as how to deal with PHP, JavaScript or anything else. I haven't found a use for the database file as of yet, though, but things are running just smoothly anyway ;-) Two thumbs up!
