I purchased Whois.Cart() v1 a little while ago, and while the script was not the leading domain name and hosting registration script, it was suitable for my website. They have now released the new version on top of a new website that features WHOIS lookup, shopping cart, Themes support, Paypal and Client Login. There are many more features, however these are the ones I use...
The client login is pretty good as logging in fills in all the order form data... I would suggest a fairly good knowledge of how to impliment PHP code, as you may wish to change the layout around different to themes. The support is excellent, and you add your future requests to have themn included in the next version. All my requests were...

After spending a large amount of time reviewing their system, I have noticed that the build is excellant, is extremely secure and amazingly value for money. The cart is able to offer a total soluction to us, rather than having staff create accounts etc when they are in the office, they are now able to crack on with more important issues as the WhoIs cart is processing all our orders for us! Customers seem happier too as they do not need to wait for their account, It is with them in seconds!

We purchased WhoisCart and we had difficulty at first, but we made one email to support which was answered within 2 minutes. After about 2 emails the problem was solved, it was our fault.
I would highly recommend this excellent value for money product, the technical support is brilliant, well done.

Everything you look for in a program. Ease of installation, great support, ability to use themes to match your own site, api to cPanel, special incentives with major domain registrar. It's hard to imagine getting so much for so little.

For only $35 this is a good buy to someone who has been ripped off a lot over the last 20 years. This program sovles the problems of automating Web Host providing, including auto setup of clients domains with CPanel (or a couple of others) HAPI's free of charge and a whole host of API's. There is little documentation available yet and a few bugs but thereare over 300 of us in the forums and usually an simple update every couple of weeks. Overall the best product I have seen at any price.

I have tried several other scripts, but none of them was so easy to skin and have such a fast friendly support as this one!
The few problems I had have been resolved really fast and professionally. I am very pleased with the software and the developing team for making such great effort into the software.

Since installing whoiscart on my website I've been left with nothing to do!
Whoiscart runs the website for me, automating every aspect of account creation, billing, upgrades, renewals. This leaves me with more time for providing support and keeping an eye on server side things.
I love it, my clients love it and doing the accounts at the end of the year is so much easier too!
Again, Thank you, the small amount of $ I paid out I now do nothing but sit back and watch!

Whois.Cart does everything it claims to do. The install was simple (even for a newbie like me) and the configuration went smoothly.
I recommend this product for anyone of any experience level who is looking for a cheap yet highly functional hosting management system.

Its a great piece of software for its price. Nicely designed, and feature packed. The billing system is what I bought it for, and although I've only owned it for a day now I have tested it out and it works fine. Also, free upgrades/support for life that you get with it cannot be beaten by comparable software. Great stuff!

How can a $35 piece of software be so excellent??
I purchased it for my new hosting business and have not been sorry! It makes everything a breeze, adding domain names, automatically creating client accounts for me. It was so simple to setup to work with WHM and CPanel!
The authors made it possible to add a slew of modifications and it's simple enough to do on your own. The community is excellent, I get my questions answered within hours of posting and they usually have source code in hand and happily offer their time to help you out.
There's many pay for places to go if you don't want to or can't take the time to learn and create templates or modifications.
The software also allows you to automatically make domain name purchases through good and cheap domain registrars, and it's simple to setup as well.
The registration and installation process was a breeze. With the purchase of the software you're also able to beta test new products, like "auracle", their new customer support software they are currently working on.
The only downfall is the lack of being able to easily edit some of the entries that are made, such as the domain names. But it's simple enough to go into phpmyadmin to edit any values you require. If worse comes to worse you can remove the entry and re-add them with the proper values.
I would recommend this software to anybody looking for good hosting provider software.

I recently bought it, and installed it with ease. It is one of the best scripts ever! It gets me really cheap domain names at DirectI, $6.99 i think. It integrates with most Payment processors eg PayPal, E-Gold, 2CO etc. Overally 10/10!!!!!

I was skeptical like you at first, I mean come on… How could someone who says their software has so many features, with such great support only charge a one time $35 license fee and give best in class
Support AND free updates? Well I wanted to write this review to let you know that it is true, this is the best software, I have ever come across. It is Top of the line. They have covered every little detail of this business and automated it for you.

I just purchased WhoIsCart and had it running in less than a day, Great Product with Excellent Support, If you need a good domain registration script, that allows you to sell your web hosting this is the ticket. It will also handle the billing, and payment verifications. Plus has built-in API for many domain registars (DirectI, Enom, Etc Etc) as well as credit cart processors, including PayPal and many other CC Merchant providers. And another bonus is the average programmer can integrate WhoIsCart into their own web templates. Also check out their soon to be released Auracle support ticket system, and Silverstar which will replace WhoIsCart and add a whole ton of new options and capabilities and from what I understand will be a free upgrade to their current clients. I searched a long time and could not find a better product for my needs. Great community forum at their site as well.

Feature for feature this script probably offers more than any other I've seen in its price range. Unfortunately we had a problem with its functionality and that's where things fell apart.
Support was unresponsive and because the script is encoded we were unable to troubleshoot the problem ourselves. Even worse, when we moved the script to a new directory to take it offline it invalidated our license - locking us out completely until support okayed the move. I guess you get what you pay for.

The license scheme at that point required users to divulge the directory in which the program was installed. Though no longer required (licensing model change), this was made clear in the whoiscart.net client area at that time. We do make clear that the system is encoded before the purchase point, and we will absolutely act upon all support issues! Just make sure to work through the proper channel (our helpdesk at http://auracle.whoiscart. net) and the responses will be extremely rapid!

I wasted money on a couple other scripts before finding this one. Had it set up and taking orders within half a day...can't say as much for the other ones.
I'm a total newbie in the hosting world, and didn't want to spend a bundle on a working script. I'd recommended this one to newbies and experts alike.

Unfortunately Paul was unable to communicate with our staff for unknown (shady) reasons. We did get in touch via email, where he asked for a refund (in order to get a different software, etc.). The request was honored given the circumstances and tone, and he strangely enough renegotiated his decision and became upset that his money was returned! Forums posts ensued (and reviews such as these unfortunately) - we are relieved that he found a different script that suits his needs. Best Regards!

The whoiscart developers are working hard to make their best. I had the chance to compare domain selling commercial scripts and whoiscart is the cheapest and the best software that you could have with a 5 minute configuration.
