jasearch.pl is a simple search routine that allows you to search your Web pages. You can specify which directories you want to search and whether search "all" or "any" terms. You can also customize background image, background colour, text color, and link color.

This is a great script. I like the fact, that I can create multiple
search sets from script. Its easy to set up, and provides a lot
of customization capabilities.
