This is a quick and easy guestbook. It took me about five minutes to totally customize it for my site. While it is easy and quick you should be aware that you need to set the permissions for the post.php file in the db folder or else it will not work. Also, and this is a small issue, because it is a flat file guestbook, there will be no archiving of previous entries if you clean out comments. A work around may be to save off the post.php file and link to it. Otherwise it fit the bill for me.
