I've spent quite a long time searching for a poll script and I'm happy to say that this was the one I ended up choosing.
It is extremely easy to use and, although the html code generated isn't the best in the world, it is also very easy to modify even by those who aren't quite familiar with PHP (which is my case).
Thumbs up for this script.

This is an excellent polling system. I was about to make my own but found this one, and it is aving me a lot of trouble. It is very well designed and I love it. 2 thumbs up

Great little script with easy instructions, fully customizable and best of all... GREAT TECH SUPPORT. Yes, even though it's a freebie, they'll answer all questions and even tell you how to rewrite the code for your particular application. Check out their website forum. You'll see how many people ask for custom modifications like "can you change the font/format/etc" and they always respond within 1 day. Fabulous. If I wasn't such a goddam cheapskate I'd donate to their site.
