Though a very good product, it didn't quite fit the needs of our site. They were very professional and understanding of this and provided a full refund. This is not a company you need to be afraid of doing business with.

I am using Enterprise program. Support is there every time I need it. It’s kind of having a “Dream Team” working for you. The software is easy to use with number of good features; I would recommend this company's products to anybody except my competitors.

I not only bought several of the packages I have talked to no less than 20 people a year later. THERE IS NO WAY that someone that bought in 2005 could like the software in 2007 or 2008. They completely changed their platform so any and all information in an old program could not be transfered. So decision time. Buy the new upgrade or live with the old format that doesn't work. I warned you! You better know a lot about computer programming before you set your dreams! NOT FOR A NOVICE.

True, it's not for a novice but if you can run a web site I think you can do this. It's the first time I've had to install and operate scripts on a managed server, and the learning curve has been intense but it's also been thrilling. Because I know HTML fairly well, I've had a great time customizing it. I have a beautiful site. I did find some problems but the GEO team was extraordinarily responsive in fixing ALL of them. I love the development team and I love my new auction site. Excellent!
