formmail.php captures the output from an HTML form and emails it to you. FormMail has many optional features including CSV database support, CRM interface, logging, pre-processing support (e.g. encryption), HTML templates, file uploads, checkboxes and multiple selection fields, anti-spammer features, auto-responding, derived fields, complex field validations, multi-page forms, .......
Huge documentation is included, but only one line needs to be changed to get operational (this is a security feature).
FormMail contains no known bugs or security flaws.
Requires PHP 4.0.0 or later.

This is an excellent script for both novices and experts. It has numerous options and some pretty powerful capabilites. The support community is also excellent.

I have found this to be an incredibly useful application. Truly generous that they give it away. Easy to use for amateurs, and powerful enough for pros.

Was using a scratch built form that came from our web developer, It wasn't doing everything we wanted. I found this script and implemented it myself, no prior PHP experience. I can't believe they give this code away. See for yourself.
