This product is sold for ~$300USD as an out-of-the box solution. It's not. There are empty docs folders, an incomplete sample application, and no guidance whatsoever. Contacting support results in no response. After a lot of digging, it turns out that support is a paid subscription available at time of purchase - but it's not and there's no other indication how to buy support. The software works, but takes a lot more expertise than advertised.
