I have tested several programs in the past, however had problems with installation of them. Sending messages to their support forums or emailing them not helps. Then I decided to go with Soft Service and I got following service:
Support.
1) Fast (really fast, sometimes just within 2 minutes!) reply to all my emails
2) They installed it on my server and linked with osCommerce shopping cart really fast
3) They answered to all my email.
So I can say support is really what I needed. Probably other programs works like this but when you can't understand things it drives crazy huh!
Software has a lot of features, track clicks, track sales both one-time and recurring. I used only 1-time sales for my shopping cart products. Integration with design is pretty easy because html pages are stored in templates separated from the PHP code. Integration took me 2 days because I was drawing some graphics but if you have graphics ready I think it will take not more than an hour.
If you want to have great program with great support, just use Affiliate Pro.

I noticed that source code is not encrypted and I can adjust it according to my specific needs, it is really good. Other vendors encode it and thats weird when I can purchase copy of the script, however can't adjust it further when my site has some changes (now or later). PHP written pretty clear and understandable, has multi-language support for database records and templates. I am using PPC search engine and did postback for recurring sales in a background, worked fine. Great work, thank you!

There is absolutely no documentation for this package. Not a jot. It has empty .htaccess files strewn around the download so I suppose the assumption is we're all dumbo windoze point and clickers who want to use their "installer". It is far too big to find your way around _and_ do a day's work.
It sucks. I feel robbed.

I'm a newbie, but I was able to install the script quickly, and customize it. I had one small problem with the JP Graph, but they were able to resolve the issue quickly. The support was excellent. I looked at other affiliate software, but this one performed as well in all the demos I tried. Plus you cant beat the price, especially for an entry level or starter affiliate program.

It cost you $50 just for nothing
Script got very big problems and the support is zip.
Admin check his email and the forum once a month but don't solve your problems.
If you buy it, you lose money
