I have been using this program for about one year. It has worked great for me and my customers liked it also.
I just moved to a different server and had some troubles with this program. I emailed support who emailed back asking for more details on the problem. I emailed back... No response. I emailed a week later. Still no response.
I also asked for a custom payment module for 2Checkout. This should be simple but they asked $500 for that... Not worth buying this unless you know PHP very well!

He did not give the truth. Here is history: 9/14 9:58PM: his cInvoice stopped working after he moved to a new server. No details sent to us. 9/14 11:20PM, we replied asking for more details like error message. Without more info, we cannot trouble shoot. 9/16 9:03PM, still no info from him, email from him asking: when will this be fixed? 9/17 10:35AM, we asked him to search our BBS for answers. 9/19 2:32PM He figured out the problem. For plugin, we charge by hours $45 hourly. We never quote $500

This is a great and very affordable program. cInvoice has enabled me to send out all of my bills to customers via e-mail, saving a large amount of postage per month, and at the same time, enabling customers to submit payment quickly. All of the feedback I have received on it has been extremely positive - my customers love it!
