CcMail 1.0 is a FREE, powerful php Mailing List Manager that doesn't require any database or language knowledge. CcMail is very simple to install and set up: you have *only* to include a php line.
The main features are: Groups and Users managing, Mail sending with virtually any option, HTML editor, Privacy Protection, Validation email, Easy Update, Import/Export, Scheduling etc.
CcMail is stable and deeply tested, and a DEMO is available in the main page.
UPDATE: User Interface available in many languages, including: English, French, Italian, Spanish, Deutch, Dutch, Romanian, Bosnian, Norwegian, Russian and many others.

As of the time of writing (Feb 2005) the author of this script has stated in his guestbook that although he is making notes of required bug fixes, his time is limited and he doesn;t know if or when he'll get the script to a final version.
This is a shame because there are still some bugs (including a pretty major one that will prevent the script handling large subscriptions).
This script has a lot of promise but I would not install it until it gets to a final version, not a RC version.

I was looking for something FREE of course to let visitors to my web pages sign up for my newsletter and let me manage those users. WOW! this program is red hot, get it now, it is so simple to setup and use you won't believe it. Does not require any programming knowledge to setup and you don't need sql either. beautiful layout of the pages and very easy to customize.

Wasn't able to get the script run on u nix with latest version of php. Although looks very handy and easy plus has many features.

CcMail is awesome and easy to use. I've been looking for something like this for a long time.

Really great piece of software, no programming knowledge required and it works really well. I have got web developing experience, but this has made my life very easy.
