The attributes of SME appear to be mixed. At once, I can see that it is an excellent service - that is never in doubt. It is convenient and well made. However, under its details, it appears to be both commercial and free, and on the website, it states that there is no free version. Perhaps some sorting out of this needs to be done before this can be considered a serious candidate for popularity.
