I am new to the whole website for business usage. I had no idea how to generate a form, let alone due much else. Form Builder Pro is so simple to use and set up. I had my form working in less than 24 hours. (Because I had to have them install it). They did a wonderful job and their customer service is outstanding. They helped me with all the issue that I have.

The product looks as if it has great potential. Unfortuantely it simply doesnt work. I assume it is something I am doing wrong but I cannot be sure because customer support is non-existant.
I run 30 websites on 3 different servers with 100 or so scripts, and I readily admit that most of the problems I have run into with scripts is "user error" as opposed to the programming.
However, if a vender refuses to help you after your 5th request and 2nd request for a refund you will never know.

Script did not work in my environment (PHP Safe Mode on). Vendor could not repair. Vendor refused refund. Credit card processor helped me get refund.
My advice?: Save yourself a headache, consider something else. I went to Tectite. It's free, better coding for security, open support forum.

If you're confused by the online demo you'll be even more confused by the program. I thought the fact that lots of people had been using the demo was causing confusion but I was wrong - this is probably the most confusing and software I've ever come across - intuitive it ain't! When I went back to the vendors, who were most helpful pre-purchase, the tone changed and my polite request for a refund was met with a brick wall. Keep looking, there are better form generators and I found one here.
