I decided to open my own realestate agency and was looking for an affordable solution for putting my properties on the net and managing them. Realty Manager enabled me to do this, it is easy to install (installation can also be done for free if requested) and very easy to use. Properties can be added very quickly and once done they can be viewed immediately by prospective buyiers. The whole system is incredibly easy to customise too, there are 6 templates. You can edit these in your favorite web publishing program and then upload them. Once done realty manager takes on your website's look and feel !

Realty Manager from InteractiveTools.com is the best script I have every worked with - all of their products are excellent. From easy installation (or they will install the scripts free for you!) to professional interfaces to prompt, personal service to user editable templates, you couldn't ask for more in a software or a software company. Everything about working with InteractiveTools.com is a pleasant experience.
As a developer/designer, not only do I appreciate the reasonable cost and fast time to market, I also appreciate the way the software reflects positively on my company. The user interfaces are clean and professional. The product is stable, fast and reliable. The administration is simple and intuitive. Even your most unsaavy computer user will be updating their files in no time. And the templates can be completely customized to work with any site design.

I needed something that would allow a rental agency in London to display and update their properties for rent. I discovered Realty Manager, purchased and implemented it - with lots of support from the Interactivetools guys. My client was very impressed, and considering the minimal level of support calls from them in the year since it was implemented, I'd have to assume that it's certainly doing the job for them.
Excellent product and superb, friendly and prompt support - this is definitely one to go for!

We were looking for a real estate listing program that we could use for our real estate investor web sites. We searched for some time and even submitted to Elance for quotes for custom programming befoe we stumbled onto Interactivetools.
We are NOT programmers, but we found that Realty Manager very easy to customize. It's the best programming investment that we have made.

listing manager has been the most flexible software package for my particular need. We have put together a site to list hundreds of vacation rentals. We had an idea what we wanted and it wasn't anything like their templates. That didn't matter. Without knowing any HTML we changed the existing template to what we had envisioned. I liked the list of sites that have used listing manager. You get a good idea what it is capable of.
