I have found, that since using sales and stats my sales have increased, yes thats right, i think its the live chat, as when people order and not sure they then use the live chat. Also a lot of valuable info can be obtained, especially for me the search engine stats, i know what keywords people are using to access my site and i know who is pointing to my site. I found out that even the daily telegraph mentioned my site through sales and stats monitoring, this is a must have addon for any site.
