I purchaced this software. As far as I am concerned this product does not work at all since I have not yet received this "instant Download" that is supposed to take no more than 3 minutes.
I filled out the service form on their website. They claim to handle the problem within 1 bussiness day. I called the company and was told that it would be resolved within a few hours. Over 24 hours have passed.
If this company respects it's customer than they should deliver the goods and not play games.
