Real Estate Portal allows you to launch powerful and professional looking real estate portals with rich functionalities to post properties for sale or rent, search in the database, show featured ads and many others. The private sellers can manage their ads at any time through their personal administration space. I purchased this script from netartmedia but before I purchased I asked for some items to be customised and installed on my server.
I told them I would pay for the customisation which they offer on their website.
When I paid they sent me the download url without the modification. Then they told me to hire someone to modify it for me. Not very nice of them was it. Now I have a Property website that is of no use to me and out of pocket .

We have integrated a template and customized the look and feel of the Patrick's website and done an installation on his sever absolutely FREE OF CHARGE, which is a great service and a very few other companies would spend some 3-4 hours of work without charging for that. We never promised that we'll develop custom functionalities for him and never gave a quote for this. Finally he wasn't happy and we offered him to refund the license fee he paid at 100% but he didn't want his money back.

Your answer is untrue and incorrect:
I was in contact with you by email and also on messenger several times before I purchased and you assured me you would customise it for me and also I offered on a number of occasions to pay you for Customisation and uploading to my site
You told me then to find someone to do the work for me and that is why I did not ask for a refund.
You should not have agreed to the customisation if you had no intention of doing it.
I still have all the emails from you.

I was using another real estate script and switched to this one recently and so far I am really happy with it. It works faster and the interface is very nice. Also it's template based, there are a lot of professional looking templates available and one could make easily customizations of the template. It's an excellent script with very good support, thank you!

This script has a very nice interface with plenty of features. Also I liked very much the fact that the script comes with the PHP sources which aren't encrypted, so it's possible to make modification in them. The support provided by the company is very fast and effective.

This script has a beautiful and easy to use interface. I really liked the fact that it comes with the php source codes and also the customer support provided by the software vendor is very fast and professional.
