This script is not working properly and no support is responding back to my question. Really bad script for $300US. Multiple location not working, update of services not even programed to work but they have put it in anyway. I am really not happy about my investment into this script. I will leave you my website address when I managed to maybe get work something out of it. There is a really lack of the readme text in this software. Good luck because I am not in a good mood.

This script was exactly what we had been looking ofor sadly it just didnt work and the support from the company was essentially non exisitent
It wont work under Firefox, is not MySQL 5 or PHP 5 compatible and the remot emonitoring just doesnt work and even under IE it takes ages to load a check just on the local service
Its a real shame :(

I went to purchase this script but the demo doesn't works. I've emailed sales support with a few pre-sales questions as I would like to make a purchase, but only my first email was answered (script PHP4.x compatible only), the other three have been completely ignored. The last three was about a virus found on their homepage (screenhsot saved) and about the payments methods (by Western Union). Come one guys - someone is trying to buy your product all you have to do is respond.

Your software is full of bugs: we need to replace all your text about AlstraSoft, the soft is not working on Linux machine (because of the include files), the graphs are not working (even in the windows machine) because of array_merge() function and so on... When we bought the application we expect a fully functional software not a software that need improvements and bugs corrections. On top of that you answer only when I ask for a refund.

I have to say that I was very excited to buy this script after I tested it on their demo site and it appeared to be exactly what I wanted. Sadly the script failed to work on my server or their recommended servers. I established it may well have something to do with the cron files/database but they never responded to my support requests. I asked for a refund but this did not materialise until I recorded a dispute with Paypal. I really hoped it would work but sadly not!
