I switched to AbleDating after having used some other popular script for 2 years. To my mind this software is more interactive then the rest, I mean the guys try to add really interesting features like 3d chat, voice recording etc. Sometimes the support tend to be not too fast, but all of questions and problems are paid attention to.

The software has many great features, but sadly it comes with many great bugs, there support is slowly improving over time, but is still no upp to scratch.
Many errors are minor but there are 2 or 3 major errors that are difficult to explain.
They say its 300 dollars for them to install each upgrade they release.. I asked them for that service about 2 months ago now and it still hasn't been done.
As things currently stand the script is rubbish but should be good after a few upgrades.

There are plenty of customers that have not received their products.
Dont bee fooled by the companys flashy website.

There is no a single case when customers did not receive the products. We send the software immediately, designing speed depends mainly on how close the client will work with the designer given to him. That is why designing can be really not very fast. As for sites created to black pr the company, it is an old good tradition of competing.

Hi!
In spite of the fact I saw the review by Mr. Hines everywhere on the web (and by the way he seems to be the only one active reviewer, which also seems strange) I decided to purchase this software in October. Well I can not confirm all the horrid facts listed in negative reviews, I got the software immediately, it was installed for me and even the server was set up (I did not have GDLIB2). So I must admit the support is professional. I can do nothing but thank the company.

I also receive the soft immediatly and each time I ask them for new release : I got it into 24/48H. About support : all questions find solution. I can tell answer are sending generally into 2/48H! I've made my own design and it was so easy !!! ABK is always listen to your new ideas as suggestion for futur release. Sometime it's approved, sometime not but it's normal .. no ? We have had our own community solution with many thousands of subscribers in the comunity.
We provide the service absolutely for free. Only the ads bring us some money back. The solution as it was, was not very satisfactory for us. It needed some refreshments. That was a reason to start working on it.

Like Mr.Hims I experienced the similar story not a true 30-day money back guarantee. Rude customer service and if you just google "able-dating scam" which i should have done myself first you can see for yourself what im talking about in more detail. They(abk-soft)claim its competitors black pr but just not true trust me go somewhere else for any software avoid able-dating. Hotscripts is a place for good companies hope abledating doesnt effect the community.

Would be nice to see the order number or name, in order to check the clients' DB. As for the customer service, I also would need the name of the guy who behaved rude in order to take appropriate measures. As for googling "abledating scam" you can as well google for "ANY COMPANY'S NAME scam". The best thing about Able Dating script is the 'featureness' of the solution. I mean, where have you seen a script for such a price have 3-dimentional chat, blogs, IRC webchat, video chat!? Most of those who have considered this script a few months ago will find it very different from what it used to be. Of course these features aren't for owners; for members more like. But the more members you have the more money you get, right? Anyway, an 8/10 for the design, and 10/10 for support, and 10/10
