hard to modify, very bad support , good only for english won't work for any other languages. search function almost useless.

Recently purchased this script and very pleased with it. Easy to install, easy to modify with great features like the field editor and unlimited categories. I did encounter a couple of minor bugs but a an email to the support dept fixed these within 24hrs. Overall a good script with lots of features for the price.

I've tried many similar scripts to this one but none of them can compare to the features you will get with the PHP Real Estate Script. I tried and tested just about every real estate program out there and found this one to be the best before I bought it. It has so many great and easy to use features. The support couldn't be better, and it IS customizable by anyone with an IQ above moron level. The code is even commented! Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thanks, Dave.

I spent hours reviewing other sites but found this script has the most comprehensive features available. If you know photoshop, HTML and ftp, you will find it easy to modify the look and feel. You can check out what i have done at http://www.denver-downtow n-loft.com
The author usually responds within 24-48hrs.Helpful and honest. Make sure you ask for his updated/latest scripts.

I was looking for this type of script for a very long time. When i checked out the website i was amazed for its features. I didn't think it twice and bought it. Its a bargain if you compare it with other Classifieds ads script and, the most important, It offers YOU more for less price.
RECOMMENDED 100%
I really regret I haven't found it before as Im running already a script which costed me 5 times more and it offers me less. Amazing innit? :)

This is an excellent script. I have taken this and setup www.buyrentorstay.com. I was able to easily setup the system (took about 2-3 weeks to get it perfect). I added many categories & sub-categories, with many price plans and got my first sale recently which puts me straight into profit ! Its worth looking at as a script - the search is slightly weak but I think that can be solved easily. The system is best suited for US / Canada but I'm running it for Ireland & Europe with little difficulty.

We were looking for a content management system and found this script. We also contacted another reviewer before we made the purchase. There has been nothing but praise for this set up and the support is second to none. We have sent a couple of emails asking for advice and within a short length of time, we have had a reply and offer of help. Would we recommend this CMS to others? Yes.
