The PHP MM version was released a month ago and after reading the new features offered I felt it was the first program I believed sound enough to replace a custom authentication program we used to protect our revenue subscription areas that contains 1000s of members.
Indeed it is an excellent replacement for our 7-year old custom program we paid $1000s for.
I found working with support to be a most pleasure experience as well. Fast response, patient and willing to listen.

Not only was this package very easy to install, when I did run into a couple of little issues - as a php novice - their support contact went above and beyond to make sure that not only was everything working properly, BUT that I was completely satisfied with the program.
This is one package that is definitely worth the small investment. I know I'll be back again to use it for my other clients.

It's lean, mean, and classy -- and quietly robust. I reviewed many different programs, but I was searching for one without all the useless bells and whistles that clutter functionality. I had it up and running in an afternoon and ready to show my client. What's more, I didn't have to tweak the interface to make the demo "look good." The interface design, which can be modified via templates, is neat. In the end, though, what means the most to me is that i2 provides amazing support!

The company is unethical and do not refund money in any way. They use all the tricks they can to avoid refunding money paid by the users. The script might work well on your machine, but if it does not, then no refund! Stay away from this company and find an alternative.

We would first like to say we are not even sure this user is a license holder of our product. We have not had any return issues with this product in the year 2007. You can read plenty of reviews on our site which include returns. User states to stay away from us while stating "might work well on your machine". Our customers have come to see it works quite well which shows in reviews above.

The guy above must be confused with someone else. I have had nothing but 100% professional service from this company. I just wish i had found them earlier. The product is ideal for my needs. it has all that is needed to effeienctly run a web based membership. Support is 1st class and ideas for upgrades are always taken into account.
The company has spent a lot of man hours helping me with problems integrating it into other bespoke parts of my site. If you need a membership system. BUY THIS ONE.

After trying several commercial solutions available I ended up with PHP Membership Manager from i2-Services, Inc. I needed a member management system that worked well with paypal buy now & subscription payments. What can I say... I found what I was looking for. As for support I quickly found out if I need them they are there, ready and willing!
