webNetwork in PHP :: Virtual Communities

This review is "lacking" in the sense that i have not yet been able to try out the software, because it doesnt work yet..
impression so far is the software is not so quite finished. Been trying for about a week to get it installed on a hostingserver using the generous free installation. The free installation was faulty.Furthermore upon requesting help, the responsetime is slow,
and support claim fixed when it`s not.
Low score so far, hopefully it will rise out of the miserable 2 score i am giving!

I have been pulling my hair out for two-weeks trying to get support for webNetwork. Like the previous user, I am still unable to provide a full review of the product since it is still not fully functional on my site after no less than 20 requests to support to fix the initial problems I am having. It is a shame since webscribble seems to have really solid applications, they fall WAY short in support.
