Buyer beware, the application "property generator" which is included for sale in this "cms" is being redistributed in violation of copyright. No one has resale rights for this application and the only authorised sales point is http://www.smileygenerato r.us/sales/index.php?act= viewProd&productId=6
Note that the authors copyright notice ("©2005 by SmileyGenerator.us") has been replaced without permission. DMCA and legal actions are pending against sellers and buyers!

In good faith, I purchased this product, and although they were helpful at first, they started pressuring me to use a server company that they endorsed. As soon as I told them I wouldn't they stopped responding to email, phone calls, and a request for a refund. I lost my money and these crooks took it!
