The installation of this script is really quite easy. However if you have more images and/or they are big than you need to generate thumbnails offline as it takes a long time and consumes a lot of memory with the script. If you have both the normal and thumbnail images in the directory than you there is no problem.

Website didn't offer an online demo, now I know why. If I had seen it, I wouldn't have bothered, but needed to give up my email to see what it looked like. Thumbnail generator doesn't work, otherwise script is redundant and derivative. I've seen the same thing elsewhere e.g. "Gallerize". No support for descriptions for pictures. No support for uploading. Editing your own HTML might be a better alternative. Look for an online demo of an image gallery before investing your time.
