I have been using this for hosting my blog, I think it is an amazing service, the WordPress engine is amazing, its really good how it isn't hosted on my webspace, as I tried setting up WordPress and it just didnt work, but this allowed me to make the same solution with no knowledge, All I had todo was fill out a form. All I would like is more themes, but these can be requested on the contact form on their page, and they install it for you.

I have had an opposite experience. I joined based on review and ratings. This service is now down for over 24 hours and my email contact is not responded to. I loved the theme I chose, it was unique. But there is no support, no plug-ins, and no booklet markers as other Word Press provides. I found the RSS code on my own and created a widget for other webmasters to use. I am now red-faced that I no longer have a blog or feed with fresh content. That is the reason to not choose new offerings.
