Great pre-sales support but poor post-sales support.
This script is still buggy, and even after pointing out some serious bugs via the Support Ticket system - I've seen no patches or updates released.
They offer a "Unique Design" for which you've to keep waiting forever! They don't bother to keep the customer updated.
I reckon you put your money somewhere else.

The latest versions have no bugs in them, at least we have got rid of all even tiny ones. As for designing, we have now 4 more personal designers, so you can expect your design even sooner than the deadline. In any case we appreciate all negative reviews, because they make us to work harder and harder and show week points. Thank you very much for your opinion.

Hi!
I usually do not leave reviews, but I saw the bad one here and could not pass by without speaking out. The software (I bought on the 3d of July) turned out to be absolutely bug-free. I also thought that there were problems about it, but then they just set up everything and it worked (I had issues with video chat IP). The support is also ok, they always called me back, Gary was very polite with me as well as Dmitry and the others. Now I am strating to get members. Thanks to ABK-Soft!

Thank you very much for your good words! We are of course far from being ideal, but we work hard and will try to get rid of all week points in support. Actually support is the hardest thing, creating new interesting features for our professionals with artistic tastes is no problem at all :-)

Well I bought this software and before that I contacted 4 people from this site http://www.abledatingrevi ew.com/
They gave me a very good reference of this software, one of them even by the phone. Now I understand that I was right buying this AbleSpace script, because I have never seen anything come close to it. Thank you ABK-Soft and try to hold to this creative air!

Firstly, the support is good presale and then non-existent and very poor and rude.
Secondly they claim any bad reviews are from competitors.
Thirdly, they offer a 30 day money back guarantee and yet they do not want to refund us (thank god we paid by CC)
Forthly, if you think you can pay $597 for a single license and get unlimited video chat, upload videos, chat rooms, emails, etc then think twice. Ask for refund like stated on website never received total scam

Again, would be nice to see order # or domain name to check the clients' DB.
As for the comment about the video chat etc., did you experience problems with it? Our servers are in Europe, Canada and USA, we could choose the server that is closer to your users. And yes, the video chat, phone and everything else is free for lifetime. And our servers are now about 1,5% loaded, so there could be now problems as far as I see it.
