This is a php version of Matt Wrights FormMail.pl. It provides a very simple and very powerful way to have users send you feedback from your web page. Just create the form and let the script do the rest.
Not worth to click the visit button as it is a buggy PHP3 implementation of Matt Wrights FormMail.pl. that got famous because of being a SPAM forwarder. - this script does not even have an IMAGE CAPTCHA or other kinds of form validation.
